  • Some orders may require a digital proof. Proofs must be reviewed and approved by the customer before production begins.
  • Approval of the proof confirms that all spelling, dates, names, and design elements are correct.
  • Once approved, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Engraving Disclaimer

  • Engraving results may vary slightly due to material differences, texture, color, and natural imperfections.
  • Minor variations in placement, depth, or appearance are normal and not considered defects.
  • Customers acknowledge that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

5. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • Production times vary based on order volume and complexity. Estimated turnaround times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be handled through the carrier’s claims process.

  • Do not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
  • Do not contain offensive, illegal, or prohibited content

The customer agrees to assume full legal responsibility for any claims arising from the use of submitted content.

2. Permission to Use Submitted Artwork

The customer grants us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, modify, and reproduce submitted content solely for the purpose of creating the ordered product.

We do not claim ownership of customer‑submitted designs.

3. Engraving Variations & Material Limitations

The customer acknowledges that engraving results may vary due to:

  • Material texture, grain, color, or natural imperfections
  • Differences in surface coatings or finishes
  • Variations in laser or mechanical engraving depth
  • Slight shifts in placement due to the nature of manual setup

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

4. Proof Approval

If a digital proof is provided:

  • The customer is responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, names, and design elements
  • Approval confirms the design is correct and ready for production
  • Once approved, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded

The business is not liable for errors present in an approved proof.

5. No Liability for Customer Errors

We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling mistakes submitted by the customer
  • Incorrect dates, names, or design choices
  • Low‑quality or low‑resolution artwork provided by the customer
  • Engraving outcomes affected by customer‑supplied items (if you engrave customer‑owned products)

If the customer provides their own item for engraving:

Shipping Policy


1. Processing Time

  • Standard processing time is 5-7 business days depending on size of order.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

3. Order Tracking
